NNAHRA Partnership
Elevating Tribal Adjudication & HR Training Since 2024
In 2024, Personnel Security Consultants, Inc. (PSC) partnered with the Native Nations Human Resources Association (NNAHRA) to deliver specialized training and certification programs designed specifically for Tribal professionals.
TAP Certification – Tribal Adjudicator Professional
PSC offers the Tribal Adjudicator Professional (TAP) Certification through this partnership, providing essential training for adjudicators and background screening personnel.
- Format: Hybrid – two prerequisite online courses + 2.5 days of in-person instruction

This program provides a solid foundation in adjudication practices tailored to Tribal government needs.
NNAHRA Foundation Instructor
Michele Justice has also joined the NNAHRA Foundation Instructor Cadre, where she contributes to developing and teaching the Tribal Manager’s Professional (TMP) Training and new professional development courses for Tribal leaders.
