Dedicated to providing a comprehensive understanding of the essential requirements outlined in the Indian Child Protection and Family Violence Prevention Act and Indian Country Law Enforcement Regulations. This program has been developed to guide participants through their oversight responsibilities and empower them with the knowledge to implement investigative and adjudication requirements in alignment with the Indian Self-Determination and Education Assistance Act. Throughout this training, we aim to impart a practical understanding of the background investigation process, the details of the adjudication certification process, and their relevance to Indian Tribes, Tribal Organizations, and federal agencies committed to serving Indian children and communities.
