Course Overview:
This training focuses on the investigative standards identified under the Indian Child Protection and Family Violence Prevention Act. The training session is designed to teach participants their responsibilities as well as teach how to implement investigative requirements in support of the Indian Self-Determination and Education Assistance Act. The training concludes with a Final Test. After completion of the training session, participants will have a working understanding of the background investigation process and be able to conduct compliant employee background investigations on behalf of the Tribal Organizations and communities they serve.
