In partnership with NNAHRA, we are proud to announce this exciting opportunity for NNAHRA Members and anyone working for tribal communities.
Tribal Adjudication Professionals Training (TAP) is a comprehensive, two-part certification program designed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills necessary for effective adjudication. The program begins with a prerequisite online course that explores policies, procedures, background investigation processes, and the intricacies of adjudication certification, all with a focus on their applicability to Indian Tribes and Tribal Organizations. This online component provides a foundational understanding and concludes with a certificate of completion. Participants must complete the online course at least one week prior to attending the in-person training. The in-person training is a 2.5-day immersive experience, led by a seasoned Lead Instructor and Legal Advisor. This segment deepens participants’ expertise through hands-on learning and practical application of adjudication principles.
*This training is valid for 22 hours towards a THRP I, THRP II and TMP recertification.
