Personnel Security Consultants, Inc. started as a simple thought to provide training to Tribes and Tribal organizations who were required to establish background checks for employees and others who had regular contact or control over Indian children. The thought turned into a discussion and that discussion turned into action. Our first client was the Hopi Tribe who asked if Michele Justice could travel to their community to provide a training presentation for a conference they were hosting. Our training programs are developed based on the need of the communities we wanted most to help.
Our Fingerprinting services stand as a crucial component of our commitment to meeting the distinct needs of our tribal clients. In collaboration with an FBI Channeler, TRP Associates, and holding the designation of an FBI approved adjudicator, we offer a seamless and reliable fingerprinting process tailored to the specific requirements of Native American communities.
Partnering with an FBI Channeler enables us to streamline the submission process, ensuring quick and efficient results. Being an FBI approved adjudicator further reinforces our capability to interpret and utilize fingerprint data effectively, providing our tribal clients with a trusted resource for making informed decisions.

PSC offers two ways to conduct background checks:
Full Background Investigations services and On-Line Background Screening services.
Adhere to the standards set by Indian Child Protection regulations. We specialize in creating tailored investigative questionnaires, conducting thorough screening services, and performing comprehensive background investigation searches, verifications, and interviews. Our end product is a detailed Investigative Final Report.
Puts our clients in the driver’s seat. By utilizing our 1st Defense Background Screening portal, our clients have access to multiple searches designed to assist with thorough vetting, background pre-screening, and full background investigations. Our searches can be ordered individually from our al a cart menu or through custom packages designed to meet customer needs.
